CONSULTATION SERVICES
Getting Started:  Recruiting can be a time consuming and confusing process.  Many parents don’t know where to begin or don’t have the time to make college contacts and tend to procrastinate when it comes to promoting their son or daughter.  The process starts in the prospect's early high school years and waiting until they’re a junior or senior is a devastating mistake many people make.  We will help keep you on track to give you the best opportunity to take your game to the next level. If you are a late starter, we can help put you on a fast track to improve your chances of playing in college.

Recruiting Process: We guide prospects through the recruiting process and familiarize them with college recruiting rules (NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA) and make sure they are aware of important recruiting dates.  Recruiting is not the same for every college sport so it's important the prospect understand the rules and regulations they must adhere to for their specific sport.

Academic Impact:  It’s not enough to be a good athlete, you have to be a great student athlete.  Prospects will be made aware of the importance of academics in the recruiting process and how grades can be a determining factor on just how recruit able a prospect is and how grades can even affect athletic scholarship offers.

Creating Options:  One of the main goals of Roesle Sports Consulting is to help each prospect generate college options so that ultimately they get to choose a school that is the best fit in the classroom and in their sport.  The more options a prospect has the better chance they will find the school that is the "right fit" for them.

Recommendations: I have worked very hard to establish great working relationships with college coaches over the past 23 years and I contact coaches on a daily basis.  Coaches trust and respect my opinion about prospects as they know I will not exaggerate or send them information on a prospect that does not fit their program.

INDIVIDUAL SERVICES
Advice and Assistance: RSC has over 23 years experience in recruiting and that knowledge is a huge asset for all RSC clients in the recruiting process. Clients are allowed unlimited contact with Mr. Roesle through phone,text and email and each client may also have in person meetings as needed.

Target Zone:  RSC will help the athlete find information about specific schools that fits their target zone; colleges that fit both academically and athletically.  Desired major, location, size of school, student teacher ratio are just a few that need to be considered before contacting colleges.

Targeted Communication:  As the recruiting process progresses, we help prospects understand what should be included in letters and e-mails to college coaches and provide them with contact information for most college coaches they may be interested in. We also help the prospect determine what’s important to their unique college needs so they have a better idea of what to ask coaches when speaking to them in person or on the phone.

Professional Video:  A must for anyone wanting to be recruited. Video is often the first impression a coach gets of a prospect's abilities so it’s imperative it is done correctly.  We provide our clients with two professionally filmed and edited skill/game footage that can be sent to college coaches via email so they can evaluate a prospect's skills.

Highlight Videos: We will do two highlight videos for each client. Clients have to provide one complete match (3-5 games).

Personal Website:  College coaches are busy people and the easier you make it for them to view your video the better chance you will have of getting recruited. Each RSC sponsored athlete will have a personal website that includes their videos and profile and can be assessed through an online link that can be included in the prospect's e-mail letters to college coaches.  This option makes it very easy for the athlete to be evaluated.

Athletic Profile:  Athletic profiles are used by college coaches to "qualify" a prospect for their particular program.  We will develop a professional color profile to highlight your athletic, academic and contact information. Profile information including photos can be updated as often as needed. Profiles can also be printed out so a prospect can have these available to pass out at events and showcases.

Exposure Teams: Roesle Sports Consulting works with numerous local clubs and travel teams and attends many of the bigger showcases to help support clients and speak personally to college coaches about prospects. This one on one interaction with coaches helps RSC clients to have a distinct advantage over other prospects.

Continued Service in Junior College: If a prospect signs a scholarship to a 2 year college RSC will continue to help with the recruiting process with 4 year schools. It is though the prospects responsibility to notify our office that they desire to continue playing after junior college.

One time fee of $2295.00 with $1000.00 down and $108 per month for the next 12 months
 discount offered if paid in full ($2000.00). We do not charge interest or finance charges as long as payments are made by the 10th of each month

College Recruiting skills video: Cost is $395.00 for two positions or $325.00 for one position.

Highlight videos  $150.00 (client must provide one complete match)
